Where do you ship from? Our warehouse is located at 120 Park 42 Suite A, Locust Grove, GA 30248.
Pickup in Store: Our in-store pick-up hours are Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5:30 PM. You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for pick up from the store. When you come to collect your fabulous new items, please bring a valid photo ID and your order confirmation number to ensure a smooth pick-up experience.
How long will it take to receive my order after it's processed? Orders are packed and shipped as soon as possible, usually 3-4 business days after you place your order and it is processed. Standard shipping typically takes between 5-7 business days. We do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered on time. However, we can't be held responsible for conditions beyond our control, such as a wrong address entered on your order, severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
How much is shipping? Shipping costs are based on weight and delivery address. It will be calculated when you enter your address.
When will I receive my tracking number? As soon as your order is prepared and packed, we'll send you the tracking code by email. Please check your spam/junk folders.
My order was lost or stolen, what do I do?Please contact your local post office as soon as possible about your order's whereabouts and put in a claim.
