No Refunds

Travel Divas has a no cash refund policy.  If you are completely unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the items back to Travel Divas for store credit only.  Merchandise received will be inspected by Travel Divas. After we have inspected the merchandise, we will notify you via email of the approval or denial of your store credit.


The Travel Divas Online Store has a 30 day return or exchange policy. No returns or exchanges are given for purchases after 30 days. Your items must be unworn and in the same condition you received it from Travel Divas. Travel Divas will also replace any item(s) deemed to be defective or damaged within 30 days at no charge. Travel Divas will also exchange any items due to size as long as the product is unworn and in the same condition as received from Travel Divas. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of returning the item(s) to Travel Divas and the return postage of the exchanged item(s). 

You may begin the return process by emailing us at store@thetraveldivas.com.  Once your return is approved, please send your items to the following address with a note specifying why you are returning your item.

You must receive approval from Travel Divas before shipping any items back to Travel Divas. Upon receiving approval from Travel Divas, you will be required to pay the shipping cost to return the items to Travel Divas, and you will receive an invoice to pay the shipping for all exchanges.
