Pickup in Store: Our in-store pick-up hours are Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5:30 PM. You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for pick up from the store. When you come to collect your fabulous new items, please bring a valid photo ID and your order confirmation number to ensure a smooth pick-up experience.
Returns/Exchange: No returns or exchanges are given for purchases after 30 days. Your items must be unworn and in the same condition you received it from Travel Divas. Travel Divas will also replace any item(s) deemed to be defective or damaged within 30 days at no charge. Travel Divas will also exchange any items due to size as long as the product is unworn and in the same condition as received from Travel Divas. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of returning the item(s) to Travel Divas and the return postage of the exchanged item(s).
