===============================
You do not need another business idea sitting in your Notes app.
You need to know how to turn the idea into something you can actually sell.
T-Shirt Business in a Weekend is an intimate, two-day, hands-on business intensive designed for entrepreneurs who want to learn how to create, launch and operate a profitable T-shirt business using heat pressing and DTF transfers.
And when we say hands-on, we mean HANDS ON.
You are not coming to sit in a conference room for two days watching someone else make shirts.
You are going to press them.
You are going to learn the equipment.
You are going to touch the blanks.
You are going to work with DTF transfers.
You are going to package products.
You are going to learn where we purchase our supplies.
And before you leave, we are going to help you map out your first T-shirt preorder launch.
This experience is intentionally limited to just six participants so you can receive real instruction, ask questions, work on your individual business and get personal help throughout the weekend.
YOU'RE COMING INSIDE THE BUSINESS
This intensive takes place inside our working merchandise facility.
That matters.
Instead of learning business from a PowerPoint alone, you will see how merchandise actually moves through an operating business—from the blank product to the heat press to packaging and fulfillment.
You will see the tools.
You will see the supplies.
You will see the packaging.
You will see the systems.
And then you will do the work yourself.
Our goal is simple:
Come with an idea. Leave knowing how to launch your T-shirt business.
DAY ONE: LEARN HOW TO MAKE THE PRODUCT
Day One is about production.
We will start with the basics of the T-shirt business and then move quickly into hands-on heat pressing.
You will learn how DTF transfers work, how to prepare your garments, how to correctly position your designs, how to use a heat press, how to understand time, temperature and pressure, how to peel and repress your transfers and how to recognize common production mistakes before they become expensive ones.
You will personally practice pressing different types of apparel.
During the intensive, you will work with:
-
T-shirts
-
Long-sleeve shirts
-
Hoodies
-
DTF transfers
-
Heat-press equipment
-
Product-alignment tools
-
Packaging materials
You will leave with merchandise that you personally created.
We will also walk through our basic production and fulfillment process so you understand what happens after the customer places the order.
From receiving the order...
to preparing the blank...
to pressing...
to quality control...
to folding...
to packaging...
to preparing the product for shipment.
You will see the entire process.
WE'RE GIVING YOU THE VENDORS TOO
One of the hardest parts of starting a merchandise business is figuring out where to buy everything.
We've already done that work.
During the intensive, we will share resources for sourcing the products and supplies needed to operate your business, including vendors and resources for:
T-shirt blanks.
Long-sleeve shirts.
Hoodies.
DTF transfers.
Poly bags.
Shipping mailers.
Product packaging.
Stickers.
Thank-you cards.
And additional merchandise supplies.
Instead of spending months Googling and ordering from random companies trying to figure out what works, you will leave with resources that can help you get started.
DAY TWO: TURN THE PRODUCT INTO A BUSINESS
Knowing how to press a shirt is only one part of the equation.
You still have to SELL THE SHIRT.
Day Two moves from production into business and marketing.
We will help you think through who your customer is, what type of merchandise she wants to buy and how to develop your first product offer.
You will learn how to source artwork and designs appropriately, understand basic commercial-use considerations and evaluate whether a design makes sense for the customer you want to serve.
Then we are going to start building your business.
QUICK-START SHOPIFY SETUP
We will walk through the basics of setting up a simple Shopify store so you understand what you need to begin accepting orders online.
This is not about building a massive website with 100 products.
We want to help you get to the money.
You will learn how to think about:
Your product.
Your product page.
Your pricing.
Your product images and mockups.
Your description.
Your order process.
And what your customer needs to know before she purchases.
LEARN THE PREORDER MODEL
You do not necessarily need hundreds of shirts sitting in your house before you make your first sale.
We are going to show you how to use a preorder launch to test your product and generate sales before producing a large amount of inventory.
You will learn how to structure your preorder window, communicate expectations to your customers, determine production timing and prepare for fulfillment.
Then we will help you map out your first launch.
Instead of going home saying:
"One day I'm going to start selling shirts."
We want you going home saying:
"This is what I'm selling, this is who I'm selling it to, this is what I'm charging, and this is when I'm launching it."
YOUR FIRST MARKETING PLAN
A product sitting inside Shopify is not a business.
People have to know it exists.
During the intensive, we will help you create a simple marketing plan for your first preorder campaign.
You will learn how to introduce your product to your audience, create excitement around the launch, promote your preorder period and create urgency as the order window closes.
We will also provide marketing templates and resources you can customize for your own business.
YOU WILL RECEIVE A STARTER KIT
Every participant will receive merchandise and supplies to use during the hands-on portion of the intensive.
Your starter materials will include apparel and DTF transfers you can work with during the weekend, along with additional resources designed to help you continue practicing after the event.
You will also receive digital business resources and templates that you can reference after you return home.
YOU WILL LEAVE WITH MORE THAN T-SHIRTS
Our goal is not for you to leave with three cute shirts and a bunch of notes.
You should leave understanding:
How heat pressing works.
How DTF transfers work.
How to source your blanks.
How to source your transfers.
What basic supplies you need.
How to package your products.
How to think about pricing.
How to get a simple Shopify store started.
How to structure a preorder.
How to build a basic launch plan.
How to take your idea from your head to an actual product your customer can purchase.
THIS EXPERIENCE IS FOR YOU IF...
You have been thinking about starting a T-shirt or merchandise business but do not know where to begin.
You already have an audience, community or existing business and want to add merchandise as another revenue stream.
You have Shopify or Printify sitting there collecting dust because you haven't figured out what to sell.
You love the idea of merchandise but feel overwhelmed by equipment, vendors, designs and fulfillment.
You learn better by actually DOING something instead of watching another online course.
You want access to someone who can answer your questions while you are physically working through the process.
Or maybe you're simply ready to stop researching and start selling.
THIS IS NOT A LARGE CONFERENCE
There are only six seats.
That is intentional.
This experience is designed around our small boardroom and working merchandise facility so that every participant has the opportunity to ask questions, use the equipment and receive individual attention.
We don't want 50 people standing around watching one heat press.
We want you working.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do I need experience making T-shirts?
No. This intensive is designed to be hands-on and beginner-friendly. You do not need to own a heat press, have an existing T-shirt business or know how to work with DTF transfers before attending.
What should I bring?
Please bring a laptop and charger. We will be doing business-building work during the intensive, including Shopify setup, product planning and preparation for your preorder launch.
We also recommend bringing a notebook for additional notes and ideas.
Will equipment be provided?
Yes. Heat-press equipment and the materials needed for the hands-on training will be available during the intensive. You will have the opportunity to personally practice pressing apparel and learn the production process.
Will I actually make products?
Absolutely. This is not a watch-us-work workshop.
You will get hands-on experience working with DTF transfers and heat pressing, including T-shirts, a long-sleeve shirt and a hoodie. You will leave with products you personally created along with select materials and resources to help you continue your journey.
Do I need to have a Shopify store before I arrive?
No. We will cover a quick-start approach to Shopify during the intensive. If you already have a Shopify account or store, bring your login information so you can work directly inside your existing account.
Do I need a T-shirt design before I attend?
No. We will discuss product concepts, design sourcing and commercial-use considerations during the intensive. If you already have ideas or designs you are considering, bring those with you.
What is the preorder launch?
We want you to leave with more than knowledge.
During the intensive, we will teach you how to structure a T-shirt preorder so you can begin marketing a product without purchasing a large amount of inventory upfront. You will work on your first product concept, pricing, preorder structure and marketing plan so you have a clear path toward your first launch.
Are travel and accommodations included?
No. Transportation, airfare, hotel accommodations and other travel-related expenses are not included in the $1,499 registration fee. Participants are responsible for making their own travel arrangements.
What is the refund policy?
All payments are non-refundable.
Because this is an intimate, six-person experience with materials, supplies and resources prepared for each participant, all registrations and payments are final.
Please confirm that you are available to attend both days before purchasing your seat.
Will I need to sign a waiver?
Yes.
Because this is a hands-on experience taking place inside a working merchandise facility and participants will be learning to use heat-press equipment and other tools, all participants will be required to review and sign a liability waiver and acknowledgement of risk before participating in the hands-on portions of the intensive.
Safety instructions will be provided, and participants will be expected to follow all facility and equipment-safety requirements throughout the event.
What happens if I choose not to sign the waiver?
Signing the required waiver and acknowledgement is a condition of participation in the hands-on intensive. Participants who do not agree to the required safety documentation will not be permitted to participate.
Because all registrations are non-refundable, we encourage you to consider this requirement before purchasing your seat.
How many people will attend?
Only six participants.
We are intentionally keeping this experience small so everyone has an opportunity to use the equipment, ask questions, receive guidance and work on her individual business.
This is not a conference.
This is a working session.
What should I expect to leave with?
You should leave with hands-on heat-press experience, merchandise you personally created, sourcing and vendor resources, business templates, a better understanding of Shopify and fulfillment, and a plan for launching your first T-shirt preorder.
Most importantly, we want you leaving with clarity about what happens next.
The goal isn't for you to leave inspired to start someday. The goal is for you to leave prepared to start.
