T-Shirt Business in a Weekend
A Two-Day Live Online Business Class
Your T-shirt business idea deserves more than a spot in your Notes app. Let’s give it a plan.
Join us for two days of live instruction, demonstrations and business planning designed to help you understand how to create, price and start selling T-shirts using a heat press and DTF transfers.
We’re walking you through the process—from choosing your equipment and sourcing your blanks to preparing your first preorder launch.
And we’re giving ourselves time to teach it. Time to explain the details. Time for you to take notes, work through your ideas and ask questions as we go.

Live on Zoom
$199 Total for Both Days
DAY ONE: LEARN HOW TO MAKE THE PRODUCT
We’ll start with the equipment, materials and production process.
Through live demonstrations, you’ll see how to prepare apparel, position transfers, press garments and check your finished products. We’ll explain each step and discuss common mistakes to watch for when you begin working with your own equipment.
You’ll learn about:
-
Heat presses and what to consider before purchasing.
-
T-shirt blanks, long-sleeve shirts and hoodies.
-
DTF transfers and how to order them ready to press.
-
Design placement and alignment tools.
-
Time, temperature and pressure, following your supplier’s instructions.
-
Peeling and repressing when required.
-
Quality checks, garment care and production mistakes.
-
Folding, packaging and preparing products for shipment.
You do not need to own a heat press or purchase supplies before attending. You can watch, learn and ask questions before deciding what to buy.
GET THE SOURCING RESOURCES TOO
Wondering where to buy the shirts, transfers and packaging?
We’ll share vendor resources and walk through how to evaluate your options, compare costs and order samples before committing to larger purchases.
You’ll receive a digital equipment and supply checklist, along with sourcing resources for apparel blanks, DTF transfers, packaging and merchandise supplies.
DAY TWO: TURN YOUR PRODUCT INTO AN OFFER
Now let’s work on how you’ll sell it.
Day Two connects the production process to the business decisions behind your first launch. You’ll have time to work through your ideas and ask questions along the way.
We’ll cover:
-
Identifying your customer.
-
Choosing a focused first product.
-
Sourcing artwork and reviewing commercial-use permissions.
-
Calculating product costs.
-
Pricing with materials, labor, packaging and selling fees in mind.
-
Getting started with a simple Shopify store.
-
Creating product listings with descriptions, images and options.
-
Planning a preorder window.
-
Communicating production and shipping expectations.
-
Organizing fulfillment.
-
Marketing your first launch.
LEARN THE PREORDER MODEL
You do not necessarily need hundreds of shirts sitting in your home to test your first idea.
We’ll explain how to structure a preorder so customers understand what they’re purchasing, when the order window closes and when to expect their products.
You’ll work toward a clear first-launch plan:
This is what I’m selling.
This is who I’m selling it to.
This is what I’m charging.
This is when I’m launching.
